REMOTE OFFICE TRANSACTIONS DOES NOT SYNC TO MAIN OFFICE

Hi evrybody!!!
I have a big problem...
I am working with slx 6.2.6 and I have 2 offices (main and remote offices). All slx components are upgrade to 6.2.6. Sync server is working fine, the remote office seems to be fine too.
The sync cycle between remote and main office works fine. no errors ocurss.
The problem is that some of the remote transactions are not synced to main office. users have been created accounts, contacts, opps, salesprocess, etc and these data was losing.
I reviewed the transactions files from remote, there is no files rejected or failed.
It seems that the transactions files are not created on remote office so the transactions are no send to main office
The sync server cycle is automactic each 10 minutes. 8:00, 8:10, 8:20... and the remote office is set to 10 minutes too. 8:05, 8:15, 8:25...
has anybody any idea to solve the problem.... What can be happening???

Are you certain that all files are up to date? Is the system waiting for pending files?
Also, the way SLX works, a Sync Cycle may not send all changes at the same time. As is, the Logging Services accumulates and process Queue files into Logs files, and there could be a cycle or two delay depending on the amount of data that it needs to process. This is typically more obvious when you run a data Import and notice how even a couple of hours after the Import is done, the system keeps on generating WGLog files.

The problem was reported for 3 times. The first 2 was reported weeks ago when accounts not apeared on mian DB,I suposed thas was isolated cases that maybe was caused by network problems, so I simply imported the especified acounts from remote to main office.
But now users reports the same problem again . So I has reviewed the data and i realized that the problems was happening since weeks ,months ago. There are data on remote office that doesn't exists on main office. Is not all transactions, but many of them are not on main office.
SyncErrors.txt on remote office shows many lines like those: [7/14/2009 3:39:27 PM] System Error Message: The system cannot find the file specified [7/14/2009 3:39:27 PM] Unable to move/rename attached file \\Gyematcrm01\RemOffice Sync Logs\Documents\AttachTemp\FILEA08XCSG.TNV3 to \\Gyematcrm01\RemOffice Sync Logs\Documents\!QTNV3A30160PGuerra Robalino Piedad - Cedula.tif.
I review the file directory C:\CRMFILES\RemOffice Sync Logs\Documents\AttachTemp\ and there are a lot of files named like PENDA08YS40.TNV3,PENDA08YS49.TNV3....
What could be happening??? |
