Error while attaching Remote DB

Hi,
I am trying to attach remote database. I have sxd file with me. On clicking attach button in attachremote.exe dialog box i am getting an error "---------------------------
SalesLogix Attach Remote
---------------------------
Unable to open the physical file "C:\AAZ\SLX_SHA#AAZ_dat.sxd". Operating system error 5: "5(Access is denied.)"

OK
---------------------------"
Please advice on what has to be done |
