Not able to see all Accounts in Remote DB

hi, I'm facing problem in SLX v6.2. If I logged in Production server I can see all my Accounts but if I logged in my Remote DB I can see few of them. I have checked the Owner and Account Manager for those Account is mine userid. I have attached and dettached DB many times but getting the same problem. Please Help.

If that is the case, first thing I would do is run Integrity Checker. Verify that your Accounts have matching Account Summary records, address, etc.
You could also try the following: click on "Sync only certain Accounts" and then set it back to "Sync ALL Accounts..."
Check your record on the USERSUBSCRIPTION table. Are there duplicate entries? If so, delete. check to see if the modify date updates when you switch the Sync option as suggested above.

Where can I find the Integrity checker? And given that the accounts in the network is not found in Remote DB yet the remote user really owns the account, what should iu do to make it appera in the remote? |

The Integrity Checker can be found within the Administrator tool, and I would run test specific for Accounts and Addresses.
That being said, even though this user is a Remote, you could login onto the network as him/her and check to see if indeed the user can see the account (that way making sure that there isn't a true permission issue).
Worst case scenario, you may have to cut this user a new Remote Database, but I wouldn't do that until at least having ran the tests listed above. |
