We are currently using SalesLogix 7.0.1 and SalesLogix Mobile 5.1. Whenever we cut a new database for an established remote user, we also have to completely reload the mobile license to allow the remote user to sync their Blackberry. Is this normal or should we be doing something else to avoid this problem?
