I am using SLX v7.5. I get the following error message when the sync server runs through SLX Monitor Console.

U[10/25/2009 7:11:10 PM]Sending new accounts to remotes...
M[10/25/2009 8:12:28 PM]A trapped exception occurred: Access violation at address 0079E2FB in module 'syncserver.exe'. Write of address 00000000

I have rebooted the server and done a manual sync but the sync server hangs when sending new accounts to remotes is 3 of 10 after processing some users. The account count is 10 and the time interval in monitor console is 10 mins. I take nealy 1 hour after the "Sending new accounts to remotes" and then throws an error.

Do you have SP1 installed?
If yes, do you have HF 9 installed?
If not, why don't you try it.

Have you checked the SLX KB, there are several known issues (not flagged as 7.5) listed, most have been fixed, thus my reference to make sure you are running the latest binaries.
