Changes from remotes reverting on Sync ServerYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I have a perplexing issue with synchronization. Remotes will make entries, make changes etc. and sync. When the sync server runs to process the transactions it will reject some transaction and send back a transaction that reverts the change made on the remote back to the original state.
The transaction that goes back always has a GlobalId of :, a user "Unknown (@@@)" and site code of the sync server.
Anyone else every seen this?
When it happens, and it is very inconsistent, it only effects a couple of things. Usually a rich text description field in our (custom) quotes module. Although last week I had it effect opportunities - a user was trying to mark 3 opportunities as Lost and synchronizing was reverting them to Open and they were always open in the host db. It was converting reason back to null, status back to open, comments to null, actual amount to 0.

The real problem is we can't figure out why. It happens may 10%-15% of the time on a certain type of quote, when they come from remotes. Overall effect 1-2% of quotes. I've only seen it on those 3 opportunities besides, but that doesn't mean it does happen to others, I just haven't recorded it.

If anyone has dealt with a similar issue, i sure like to know how you handled it. Oh, we're on 7.2.2.

Thanks,
Todd
