I am having a problem and not sure how to explain. I am currently on 7.5.2. I have a test user that I deleted all of their contacts in outlook. I then went into Saleslogix and opened up a users SyncSaleslogix group and selected all the contacts, then added them to the SyncSaleslogix group for the test user. After that, I logged in as the test user and did a sync. It appeared to work fine and added all of the contacts from SyncSaleslogix into the test user outlook contacts. I then tried to re-sync, but then get a window telling me that it is going to do several changes and deletions. Can anyone tell my why this might happen if I haven't changed anything yet?
