Problem with sync & calendar

| I have a user who is experiencing trouble with his calendar. He will move an appoitment--which works fine--then after syncing, the older server record of the original time overrides his local updated time. I am sure this is just a goofed up setting, but I am totally unfamiliar with this part of the system. Any guidance as to which settings might be causing this would be appreciated. |

Are you using Intellisync and/or Advanced Outlook Integration?
This sounds similar to a known issue when someone uses both, and the solution was to remove the Automatic synching from Intellisync.... |

My user says he is not using automatic syncing.
Where does the remote client typically save log files? I wonder if there are clues there. |
