I have a user who is experiencing trouble with his calendar. He will move an appoitment--which works fine--then after syncing, the older server record of the original time overrides his local updated time. I am sure this is just a goofed up setting, but I am totally unfamiliar with this part of the system. Any guidance as to which settings might be causing this would be appreciated.

Are you using Intellisync and/or Advanced Outlook Integration?

This sounds similar to a known issue when someone uses both, and the solution was to remove the Automatic synching from Intellisync....

My user says he is not using automatic syncing.

Where does the remote client typically save log files? I wonder if there are clues there.
