Really looking for help on the following problems: (Note, there were no problems up until about 4 days ago)
how I noticed the problem is that I have a Saleslogix remote user that got a new laptop and therefore I had to created a new remote database for the user. I carried out the Saleslogix procedure of creating a remote user database and then I attached the remote database. No problems there. After doing a test in the Saleslogix remote user Saleslogix I noticed that information for their shipments wasn't appearing. I checked the Remote user database and the custom table that contains the data and to my surprise there is no data in the remote user database shipment table.
This was working before... I then created another remote databse for another user, test user and attached that database to my machine and only to find the same problem.
I have just done a few more tests and have found that when a remote user makes a change in Saleslogix and synchronzies the changes are been seen by the network Saleslogix users, but not when a Network user makes a change. Again this was working before.
I have checked for bad joins and problems in the account summary table and no faults are found.
What I am also amazed about is that this site has a Saleslogix Live environment and a Saleslogix Test environment and the problems occur on both.
Any help on this matter I will be most grateful for.
