I have a client who has been havnig issues for quite a few months with Dynalink and SalesLogix/Mas 90. They now now have Dynalink 7.0.0.1003, Mas 90 V4.4 and Saleslogix 7.5.2 versions but in the past beleive it was due to some version inompatibilities. First question - how reliable is the sync. I have seen messages and posts about service shutdown, not all information synched, etc. Is this product stable? Are ther other options available in the marketplace that work better? Is ther a document that lists versions and components needed with revisions and versions? It seems that this happens frequently trying to manage version control in an environment with alot of moving versions. Thanks for any help or even resource locations where I can research this. Any tips or tricks also appreciated!
