fiogf49gjkf0d Hello,
we have a problem using the Sync Automation Service on a Server 2008 R2 and SLX 7.5.3. The scheduled Sync won't start and the Service itselfe on the Monitor Console looks like it's stopped. The Windows Service (Sales Logix Sync) is running. We have tried to run it as "Local System" and "SLXService" both will not change the fact.
If we trigger the Sync manually or with a cmd-command the Sync works fine.
Another machine with the same components is working as it should. The only difference between this two employments is the fact that the machine with the not working Sync uses an Express version of SQL 2008 R2 Server. The other machine uses an Enterprise Version.
So what can we do to get the automation service running?
P.S. The sync actually gets started through a scheduled task. but this is no solution for a longer time. |
