Hi All,

We are implemented Saleslogix 7.2 for one of our customer.Last four years system is working fine. Last two days we facing issue, whatever customization changes not syncronizing to remotes But able to new change of data in remotes. Also in network client able to see new data changes as well as customization changes.

Please somebody help what could be the reason for

Sync Server Customization Changes not syncing to remote but data is syncing

What specifically are the customization changes? Forms, scripts, etc.?

Whom are the customization changes RELEASED to?

Have you (the ADMIN) reset the Client Options for the Main Views that these Customization Changes are housed upon?

Logged in as one of these remote user's on the LAN (not on the remote installation), are you able to see the customization's?

We have added one text field in the form and released to everyone.we tried (opportunity/account and custom form)

Remote/network/admin user login to network client form change is appering.

Remote client is login to the remote client form change is not appearing.

Please let us know what could be the reason?

Tools Client Options and make sure the form appears in the list of forms for that Main View (Opportunity?).

Has the remote user and the synch server been cycled a couple of times? i.e. you need to synch to see changes.
