fiogf49gjkf0d I have had numerous situations over the course of several years where, unbenonced to me, one of my network users has a condition of backlogged QUEUE files sitting on their computer which have gotten "stuck" there and do not move up to the Sync Servers and created in to workgroup logs and finally out to TEF files. Usually a SLX Repair on the SLX client does the trick to where the QUEUE files will "release" themselves and up through the sync process.
i would like to be a bit mroe proactive to when these situations to network users begins to mount and be able to reach out to them to try and remedy the situation before thinsg pile up too badly.
Does anyone know if there is a history of some type or a field that is tracked in a SLX table of QUEUE files or a last sent date that tracks the movement from a network user to the SLX Sync Servers? If there is I would like to monitor that table and field to be able to notify an administrator or support team for when the QUEUE files may be starting to stick on the laptop and not make their way up.
Your help would be appreciated.
