Mail Merge Engine encountered an error ..........The RPC server is unavailable.

fiogf49gjkf0d I have a client who intermittently receives this error. And when she does, and clicks okay she loses all her work.
I thought maybe this was a laptop/network issue, so I re-ghosted the laptop. Still received the error.
Call SLX support, the tech had me take these steps...
‘Tools’
‘Options’
‘Email’
Mail System = Microsoft Outlook
Profile Name = Outlook
Still received the error.
Anyone ideas? If you email me, I can send you a screen shot of the exact error message.
