Hi all, new to the forums and relatively new to SalesLogix. I was wondering if asnyone had encountered this error before when registering a Sync Service in SLX Monitor:

Error in UpdateViewData

List index out of bounds(1)

This pops up when looking at my sync service in SLX Monitor. I have tried removing this service and recreating another one, even named differently, but to no avail. Is there a config file somewhere perhaps that needs to be manually wiped?

From the SalesLogix KB

Resolution:

Stop the SalesLogix Synchronization service.
In the SlxMonitorConsole window, Un-register and re-register the Monitor Console Service.
Restart the SalesLogix Synchronisation Service
If error recurs, close and re-open the SalesLogix Monitor Console to resolve.

If that does not work, when you recreated the service did you delete the Syncservice.cfg file and also execute: Delete From SyncServiceFile within SQL? If not, give that a try and then recreate your sync service.
