Synchronization

fiogf49gjkf0d Good morning,
We use FTP Synchronization and all was well until this last week. Fixed one issue with multiple step but the sync log still shows remotes receiving new accounts. I have about 59 remote users and 22 seem to be fine. When I go into the subscription for my users, it shows Access (reqst sync) under the "Requested" tab for several accounts. Sync sends out 30 accounts at a time so it is taking forever, sync went from 15-20 minutes to over an hour. We are using SLX 6.2.0. Integrity checker is okay. We had some errors but fixed them. What request is being made that the system will try and send accounts that the end users already has access to and how do I fix it?

fiogf49gjkf0d Any ideas out there? Do not want to delete the usersubscription blob and recut databases unless that is my last resort, as to many end users.

fiogf49gjkf0d We do not have many sync users, just three... Have you checked the Sync tab for each user having the issue? Have you compared the settings with one of the sync users who are not having an issue?
For us we have the following settings on hte User profile Sync tab.
Settings Section Synchronize Changes is checked Sequence Files is checked
Records to Sync to User's Remote Database Sync ALL Accounts that User can access (May slow sync) is selected Sync File Attachments (May slow Sync) is checked Sync What's New records that match these is checked and all defaults are used for the 'What's New Options...' button The rest of the options are checked and disabled by default it appears
I am not really certain where to start looking for answers outside of checking sync settings against a user who is syncing fine.

fiogf49gjkf0d Thanks John for responding. I've checked the Sync tab for each of the users and they do match with one that is not having the issue.
