Issue with Mail merge Templates in remotes

fiogf49gjkf0d I have two issues:
1. I have deleted some templates from the main db. The remotes are still seeing these templates - how do I get rid of them without hitting each remote client?
2. I have a template with a background image in the header/footer section - behind the regular text. Three of six remotes cannot see the background image.
Has anyone seen these problems? Thoughts? Thanks!

fiogf49gjkf0d 1. Has there been sufficient time between you deleting the templates and the remotes being updated? Our remotes users don't use templates, so beyond that I'm not certain what the issue could be.
2. Is the image embedding in the template or being pulled from the local hard drive. The issue might be that the image is just a link and the 3 remotes are not seeing it because they don't have that image on their system.

fiogf49gjkf0d I have actually taken care of issue 1 by sending delete SQL to the remotes.
As for the background image, here is some further intel: I have since found out the trouble remotes can print the template and the background image shows up. Also, if you open the template, view header/footer in word and close view header footer the image appears.. Bizarro - also checked to make sure the remotes were on the same version of SLX and word which they are.. |
