Removing Log in window on startups

fiogf49gjkf0d When opening Outlook or syncing my blackberry with my PC I always get the log in window. Since I am not syncing either to SLX I would like to disable this feature. How do I do this?
Also, at times I get the message "database authentication failure" and don't know what that is referring to. Can someone please explain to what is occuring or tell me where I need to go for documentation on either of these topics?
Thanks for your help. |

fiogf49gjkf0d From the start | run command use regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\slxab32.dll - this will remove the prompt and the extension for you. |

fiogf49gjkf0d What else does this file do? I find the login screen and error messages annoying, but this is the 3rd largest *.dll file on my computer. I have to believe that it does more than remove the prompt and the extension.

fiogf49gjkf0d It does do more than just remove the login screen. This DLL is the outlook addin. This addin provides all the Advacned Outlook Integration feature in SLX. The "unregistering" that Mike mentioned simply unregisters it as an Outlook addin (meaning it will no longer load and you won't get the login prompts). |
