invalid licence sync'd out to remote users

fiogf49gjkf0d Hi,
I'm having an issue where an invalid licence was put on a server and then sync'd out to remote users who now can not log into the program.
I tried getting my remote users to delete the invalid licence using a sql query from dos through osql but although the query runs they still get the same issue:
osql -U sysdba -P ##### "DELETE FROM SLXRemote.sysdba.LICENCES WHERE LICNumber ='####-xxxxx-####'"
Do i have to cut the databases and reissue? I have removed the invalid licence from the server.

Hi All,
The issue is resolved, I sent out a script that deleted the invalid licence from the remote database and also update the site to the correct one. |
