Intellisync Error When Syncing with Notes

fiogf49gjkf0d We have about 20 users who receive the error, "External exception E06D7363," when they try to sync their Notes and SLX Calendars. Our version of SLX is 6.2 SP4 and the Notes version is 6.5. We have also installed the 6.2.1 Intellisync Feature Pack.
We have tried resetting Intellisync, uninstalling/reinstalling Intellisync (including registry), and uninstalling/reinstalling SalesLogix (without Intellisync then installing Intellisync separately). The only change that we see is when we run Intellisync from outside SLX, but the result is a new error. The error that is returned is a Microsoft Visual C++ runtime error.
Has anyone else seen these errors? Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this issue? |
