An error occurred while initializing or shutting down the Intellisync sync engine

fiogf49gjkf0d New Saleslogix administrator here. Sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question. I have a user that is getting the following error, any help with this would be appreciated. She gets this error when she first logs in and she keeps "snooziing two activities". Could this error be related to this?. T.I.A.
