Hi Everyone. I need an answer. I configured my slx sync server with an ftp sincronization profile. The problem is with a remote user, that has a remote data base, and when he tried to run sinc client, the sincronizations upload all the change made, but it didn´t download the change that I made on server.

Thanks for you answer

Hi,
I ran into a similar situation in v7 recently. All of the remote changes came accross but the client did not download his changes. It turned out the sync client was not negotiating the change from infiles to outfiles. IIRC, I built a unique stp file with a slash on the outfiles and without a slash on the infiles.
HTH,
Mark

You might also check the settings on the remote user's sync client. He may have receive and/or apply changes unchecked in the sync client on his machine.

Thanks, LaNae

It turns out this is especially true IF:
The ftp user is a Domain user and not a local user
The ftp server is on a DC and the Remote Office server is on the same box
