The application SyncWrapper has caused a program error.

Hi
we are use SLX 6.2.6 and Office2007
Here are my problems:
if I try to configure the synchronistation of my Appointments with SLX_Intellisync.exe then I get an error and the program SLX_Intellisync.exe terminate
with an error and send the problem to Microsoft....
is there any body (she or he) has an answer?

Check that the version of pSlxConnector.dll in C:\Program Files\Common Files\PUMATECH Shared\Connectors\SalesLogix is 6.2.6.something, not 6.2.0.something.

I've found the result of my problem.
In Outlook 2003 or 2007 they are "Exchange-cache-modes".
These are to found under "system control" or "Panel control" in Mail-Setup.
The rest must you search because we are using german windows and I don't know be as called in English the menu entries.
This must be for the first time "checked out".
Then you choose and get the Outlook-Folder what do you need to synch with SLX.
close both Programs (SLX and Outlook)
before your start Outlook got to the Mail-Setup under your "panel control" and
"checked on" Exchange-cache-modes. Start Outlook for few minutes and then shutdown outlook.
After then SalesLogix found now whole Folder of your Outlook-Mail whitout an error.
do not ask why
. but it will be works.
