Not sure exactly what you are referring to but the mobile client uses the standard slx db with a createall script run against it.
There is also a queu db and deployment db
If you are developing you will have an additional designer db.
But I think the answer to your question is in the first line. We are holding a class right now in Irivne for SLX Mobile 5.0 - you should stop by

Ok, so if you are developing against the 4.5 PPC Client you are using SQLCe 2.0, Version 5.0 of the PPC Client and SmartPhone is SQL CE 3.0. On the BlackBerry the database engine is custom and created by the Mobile team.
