OK everyone here is the challange: use KSync to send an email to a blackberry. Email has two buttons- approve and decline. When they select one, an email is automatically sent back to KSync for it to take the appropriate action. A simple mailto would work, but the user would have to send the email. Ideas?

Do not use the email on the return. In the body of the email have two hyperlinks to a web address passing the unique identifier associated with the message and the choice. Store the results. Since links on the BB are active this is much better.
