Our users are test driving the SLX Mobile on the Blackberry and have expressed some concern about the email functionality. When browsing contacts and selecting the "E-mail Contact" option a form is brought up that allows the user to enter "To", "Subject", "Add sent item to history", and the email body. Our users want to know if there is a way to add additional functionality such as CC or BCC. I have searched the documentation we received with the product as well as your knowledge base with little luck. Please advise.

This functionality in intrinsic to the application. New functionality would have to be developed to replace the email form.
