I have a user getting this error after a call and SLXMobile asks him if he wants to save the call and he presses yes. All the other users are not getting this error. We are using v4.5

Please let me know if you need further info.

Erik,

Have the user look at the BlackBerry Logs and see if there is any detail there. ALT-LGLG to display the logs.
