Applying customization issue

I'm having an issue when I try to sync the blackberry. I start the sync and it states that there are new customizations available and I need to download them. It sends me to the download page and it states "Application 'SalesLogix Mobile' already exists. Replace version 4.5.0.4 with version 4.5.0.4? If I press No it kicks me out of SLXMobile and If I select Yes it goes through the download and makes me reboot the device. When I go back into SLXMobile it states that the new customizations were not downloaded successfully.
This is in our QA environment and everything looks like our production but it's up and running.
Does anyone have any ideas? |

Erik, when compiling the customizations you will need to go into the build xml files and up the verision to a newer version 4.5.0.5. This will indicate to the client that a new version exists and can be applied.
