Hi,
I have made few customization in few forms using architect. I used test these customizations on simulator by making an unsigned build. I removed the signing part from the build file "build.xml.template". It worked properly in simulator.
Now i want to see these customizations on actual blackberry device. I wanted to confirm, is it mandatory that we should make a signed build to deploy it on actual blackberry device. If so how to get it signed. Should we approach RIM people or what.
Can anybody suggest me on this...
Mark, i am expecting reply for you...

thanks Jason,
I wanted to know how to get it signed. Will these signatures does not come when we purchase the product. In Architrcture, Ant file "build.xml.templete" I see last task specifying about signing. Here they are copying few keys from "SageBusinessBase.csl.templete" file to another file to the path where build files are created. I was thinking that these copied key are the signature. So it should work fine. I mean build should be succesfull with signature. But in my case it is giving error "Unable to request signatures untill tha application has been registered with all signing authorities required".
Can plz let me know why this error is coming and how to get these signatures..
Thanks Mallikarjun |
