How to load salesLogix Blackberry client into blackberry device using desktop manager or some other means

Hi,
I have made few customizaitons and deployed the build on enterprise server. Now i wanted to load this client application into device. I am doing this for the first time. The client installation folder has 2 .alx files (SalesLogixMobileClientForBlackBerry.alx and SageBusinessBase.alx) and seven .cod files. Now i am in doubt whether i should load SalesLogixMobileClientForBlackBerry.alx or SageBusinessBase.alx and should i load all these 7 .cod files. I also wanted to know how to add the customized changes into device which i have deployed on server as SageBusinessBase.cod file.
I am loading application into device for the first time, can anybody suggest me on this.
