SalesLogix Mobile - Hotkeys for tabs?

Hola all. Long time reader, first time poster.
On my Blackberry recently, my trackball stopped working for selecting items - it still rolls just fine. I've taken the trackball out and cleaned out the cavity thinking perhaps it was a debris/lint issue. But no, depressing the trackball no longer works to select something. I have to press the Enter key.
Anyway, so I can use the Enter key in the vast majority of uses on the Blackberry to replace depressing the trackball, except on the SalesLogix Mobile tabs!! How annoying! So I can navigate all around the Menu tab just fine. But I can't get to the Favorites, Wireless Sync, or Settings tabs! I've tried everything I can think of, using Alt or Shift while rolling, every key at least once, depressing and rolling, etc. Using the trackball to roll to highlight the other tabs works, but when I hit Enter, the selection just drops down to the Accounts icon in the Menu tab. I'm unable to switch tabs at all.
So, has anyone heard of a hotkey or shortcut to change tabs without the use of the trackball select method?
