Index was outside the bounds of the array Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

The event logs are filling up with this message- Error in realtime service process message failed - Index was outside the bounds of the array. This only happens for some of the Mobile users.
SLX Mobile 5.1, SalesLogix 7.2.2, Blackberry devices, BES realtime sync.
