I have a user who gets the error Error-code 0x80043ac9 when his Intellisync runs. if you google the error code you get one hit

http://customerfx.com/pages/tech-talk/2009/06/12/SalesLogix-Intellisync-on-a-7.5-Remote-Client.aspx

They fixed the error my replaing the user profile. I tried that and it did not help. I have killed SLX on his laptop, reinstalled outlook gone through all the logs and nothing. It seems it may be some kind of permission error to the web server, but again no errors are thrown up. It seems to be working ok for the other 50+ users but thins one is the exception (and a partner of course). Im up against a wall on this one.

We are on 7.5.1777

I had a similar issue with a client that had private contacts in their SyncSaleslogix. Only after removing the private contacts did sync work. I had a lot of issues with SP1 and Intellisync but those issue seemed to be resolved in SP2.

I am only synching Calendar items and this person is not set up with the Outlook group SyncSaleslogix. I also logged in as the user on a different computer and have the same error, so it's not something on the physical computer but rather on the Web Server or in Outlook maybe.

Odd thing I did though. I backed up his outlook calendar and totally deleted it, every appointment everything from the beginning of time to the end and then tried to sync SLX., It had the same number of appointments to sync from outlook before it croaked. How can this be? If there is a secrect cache of Outlook appointments that Intellisych is keeping, I cannot find it. Any other ideas?

Thanks
