Hi,

I am using SLX Mobile V5.1.0.124.

When I try to start SalesLogix Mobile Connector Service it gets started and stopped immidiatly with message "SalesLogix Mobile Connector (SageSalesLogixMobile) service on local computer started and then stopped. Some Services stopped automatically if have no work to do, for example...".

I checked the logs in admin and I found some errors as below:

How can I rectify this? Pls help.

Also It is not able to connect to the CRM database. I can see the following errors in log.

 02:00:30.284 Error SalesLogixService     The given key was not present in the dictionary. 

02:00:29.815 Error AdministrationService   admin Get mobile user list Login failed for user 'SageMobile'. 

02:00:29.800 Error AdministrationService   admin Login failed for user 'SageMobile'.
