database login failed

hi,

this is anil, there is an issue regarding the accessing saleslogix.
the error is displayed while logging into saleslogix "database login failed : authenticationfailed".

can you please let me know why these kind of errors arise while logging into saleslogix.

You are not using the proper credentals that were set. Reset the users password and verify the username.
