Upgrade 6.2.4 to 7.2.1
Posted: 14 Feb 08 6:59 PM
I was running through the various steps involved for a client and got to the bit where the 6.2.x to 7.0 bundle has to be installed.
Everything installed fine, but at the end of the installation I got an application error with the following message:
Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.ProjectItem'
Anyone got any ideas why?
Thanks.

OK, I have more info. It seems that the (Architect) project is created, but with no items.
A bundle record (in SLXBundle) is not created at all.
But the plugins all appear to be there OK - weird. The dbo. is suspicious, given that the ProjectItem table has the standard sysdba schema - maybe if I could fathom that bit, the other stuff would sort itself out.
