Following what appears to be a successful upgrade (Still in test!) Saleslogix locks up anytime anOpportunity is updated, no problem creating a new Opportunity. I can do an update query in SQLPlus as SYSDBA, the same query locks up using ExecuteSQL in the Admin.

Oracle Client is 9.2.0.1 running against 10.2.0.3.0 server.

Using SLXProfiler I see there is a trigger firing with the update:

QASYS: call trigger (ACCZZA00P15M), table: OPPORTUNITY

Is this something with SLX or something they have added? I have a message into the DBA.

Ok, looks like it something to do with logging. When you update an Opportunity record it takes about 20 minutes and finally completes. During this time the SLXLoggingServe service jumps around between 10-30% of resources.
