Just upgrade from 6.2.6 to 7.5 last week. Boy what fun! We have a user that mainly cleans up our Sales Guys messes by merging Contacts and Accounts. After the upgrade she is no longer able to MERGE RECORDS. It is greyed out. What admin rights does she now need to be able to highlight two contacts and right click and choose Merge Records. What changed / reset after 6.2.6 to stop this from working?

Needs to be able to delete/perge.

If that is a problem, we developed a "custom" for one of our clients to help to protect against "bad" deletes.
