We upgraded to 7.5 from 6.2 some months ago. We have discovered that ever since all e-mails sent via Outlook (using the Send SLX button) end up as attachements instead of going to Notes/History at the Account level. In 6.2 only documents expressly attached to the account were seen in the Attchements tab. This only happens at the Account and not at the Contact.
Any suggestions as to why this is happening and is there a solution?

As far as I recall, the Email attachments were viewable under the ACcounts/Contact tabs in 6.2, but regardless, you should be able to filter them out if so desired.

Any attachment that relates to an Email will have a History ID set, so if you filter out from the tabs any items with such an ID then won't be displayed.
e.g. SELECT * FROM ATTACHMENT WHERE HISTORYID IS NULL

Okay, thanks! We will customize the Attachments form to filter out the e-mail history ID.
