I am currently upgrading from 7.0.1 to 7.5.

After upgrading, I could no longer perform this function (In 7.0.1, this function works to force a sycronization):

_SLXApp.BasicFunctions.DoInvoke("Function", "Intellisync:SyncCalendarNow");

I was wondering if anyone knows how to reproduce this functionality in 7.5?

More details:
In a .NET extension, just before syncing the calendars between saleslogix and Outlook, a custom activity is created then the above code is called. This would allow that activity to be viewed on the calendar immediatly in Outlook. I just need to reproduce the same functionality that was allowed in 7.0.1.
Thank you.

Solved with workaround! Ok, here is the best workaround I have created to date. I am essentially tickling Outlook to force a silent sync. Create a class to control outlook. I created two static methods in this class (AddOutlookAppointment, DeleteOutlookAppointment). After creating your custom SLX activity, create your outlook appointment far into the future. Then simply delete this appointment. This simple action is just enough to kick off the sync and push the custom activity to the Outlook Calendar. Be sure that in the Intellisync settings have the checkbox checked for "Sync automatically when a change in MS Outlook is detected."
