Activity error after upgrade to 7.5.2

I've just upgraded a test server from 7.2 to 7.5.2. When i try to complete an activity i get the following error: "An error occurred in the Complete Activity function. An unknown or internal error has occured"
I'm not sure if this is from the upgrade or if the test server isn't completly configured the same as the production server. I've been trying to figure out how to debug it, but i can't find any of the activty plugins or scripts to debug. |
