My question is: do 6.2 license work on 7.5?
Is there anything connected to licenses I should know before upgrading 6.2 to 7.5?

Yes, 6.2 Licenses do work on 7.5.

There may be a few licenses that are no longer required, and may be flagged as invalid, but that doesn't mean that you will be required to get additional ones, just that those are no longer needed.
