I have an unusal problem to solve where Saleslogix 7.5.2 and the Mail-Merge function does not work after a Windows update (auto-update) is\was performed. I am not able to retrieve the update information. But what I do know is the followinga) This problem occurs on the Client machine. (b) The operating system is Windows 7, I think it is 32Bit. (c) The Microsoft Office, I have been informed is Office 2007 (d) The internet explorer is version 8.
I have checked for fixes on this problem but to no avail. Please any help on this problem is greatly appreciated.
