I recently upgraded an envrionment from v7.2 to v8.3 update 08. After completing this, I am not receiving these two errors when trying to sign into the Administrator:

1. Exception EOleException: OLE error 800A0E7F; Exception location: [005BD2FC]{Admin.exe }

2. Exception EStringListError: List index out of bounds (0); Exception Location: [00428222]{Admin.exe }

The users won't show up. There are no errors appearing in SLXProfiler. I can see all the bundles in Administrator.

Back story: I uninstalled all crm software, folders and registries. Rebooted server. Installed all software again and tested again with the same issue. I then pointed connection manager to a different database (same version) and this error doesn't happen. So I know it has to be database related.

Any ideas?
