fiogf49gjkf0d Hi everyone. I wondering to know if there is a tip for Service Pack 6 if my SLX didn´t open. After installed the service pack 6 on a SLX 6.2, when I want to enter the sales logix administrator, the program shows me a msg "SystemInfo failed to open". The datbase is on a Oracle Server. If a open the Architect, the program shows me the following msg " ORA-00942: table or view does not exist." . Those msg sound like I tried to acces an old version of SLX database. Please, tell me if I´m wrong. Thanks very much. |

fiogf49gjkf0d Sounds like you may have had problems with step 16. Verify that the new views where created correctly per the .sql script. If you did not run this script because you were above the version level verify that the step did complete correctly after the previous hot fixes. |

fiogf49gjkf0d I found that, if I install the SP03, after that SLX run perfectly, but if after that, I install the SP06, SLX can´t log on to the data bases. Is posible that SP06 do not support data bases on Oracle 9? |

fiogf49gjkf0d I've had the same trouble, with Oracle 9i, but I also did forget to apply the script. Up to SP4 everything works fine, but if you pay attention the view creation script "appears" with SP5 and is the same with SP6. Running the script everything goes fine!
