Unknown Function Number: -1

fiogf49gjkf0d The error "Unknown Function Number: -1" appears when accessing several of my toolbar options, for example RETURNS under the Service Nav bar. What is this error telling me and how do I fix it? The administrator has no problem viewing that tab, only the network clients. I have a laundry list of errors to sort through after upgrading a copied production dbf to v7.0.1. I bundled my customs and added them to the SP1 bundle. |

fiogf49gjkf0d If your database was upgraded, there are a list of plugins released by default that are old. Namely menu and toolbar plugins. Look for anything prior than v7 and DELETE. The problem is that with v7 all menus and toolbars are "on" by default. If you had installed the marketing feature pack in 6.2.x, you would have most likely noticed the big Leads button out of place which would alert you to the cleanup required.
If you have any toolbar or menu customizations, I'd suggest you create them again using the new standard plugins as a base. Make sure you only include the commands necessary or else you'll have duplicates of the standard plugin entries. |
