Database Conversion Fails (v6.2.5 to V7.0.1)Your last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I am experiencing an extreme difficulty attempting to upgrade to SalesLogix 7.0.1.

During the database conversion process, I receive the following errors in the log file:

Asset maintenance failed with error: Invalid column name 'PRDDESCRIPTION'
Applying security manifest maintenance failed with error: Error 1 occurred while executing the instruction: InsertPluginData

Has anyone experienced these errors and perhaps point me in a direction to try to get this fixed?

System is a Windows 2003 R2 Server, MS SQL 2005 SP2.

I've been through a few iterations of tests including ensuring that the test / production servers are running same patches/versions, backup / restoration of database files, compatibility version (SQL 2000 / SQL 2005), fully clear integrity checker, through the infamous step 19 and nothing appears to work. The database conversion always fails with the above errors.

Any thoughts / help woudl be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!
