Dynalink not exporting all orders set as ready to transmit

I have a customer that uses the Dynalink export orders from SLX to import into MAS90. On occasion, some of the orders will not be created in the export file, they are set as "Ready to Transmit" and are marked as "Transmitted to Accounting" after the export but they are not created in the export file. There could be 100 orders set to "Ready to Transmit" but only 90 of the orders are created.
A simply flip of the flag from "Transmitted to Accounting" back to "Ready to Transmit", 2nd export and the final 10 are created? Anybody else seen this issue?

Everyone knows that DynaLink has some nasty problems.. that is why there will be a replacement (presently called ERPLink)..
Mas500 version is in late beta.. MAS90/200 version has yet to hit beta.
However, there WILL be SalesLogix and MAS version "lockins".... It's presently slated for SalesLogix v7.2.2 and up.
