Data Imported into SQL with Import Wizard not coming into SLX ClientYour last visit to this thread was on 1/1/1970 12:00:00 AM

I ran the Import Wizard today to import about 1800 Accounts and 6000 contacts from a CSV. The import ran fine and I can see the imported data in the proper tables in SQL. However, when I try and query this data through the SLX Client, I get no results... Anyone have any suggestions? I'm completely at a loss... Thanks in advance

Who are you logging in as?

Check who the owner of the account is SECCODEID, the person you logged in as may not be a member of the team who owns the record.

Have you run integrity checker to see if any records need fixing?
e.g. Missing Account Summary records, missing address records etc.

Cheers,

Steve

I am the owner in SECCODEID. And I'm logging into Client as myself.

I have not run Integrity Checker on anything.

Ok, so I ran the Integrity Checker. There were no Missing Account Summaries, etc. I fixed a couple with no shipping addresses. Still no results in the Client.

If you are the owner this makes the records private to you - does your user have permissions in administrator to add personal contacts?

Have you run SLXProfiler to see what is happening?

Most likely a missing address. Without getting too specific - what tables did you update, what was it keyed on, what ID columns did you update (seccodeid, accountmanagerid etc).

Try creating an account manually through the SLX client. This (I assume) will be visible. Then compare field-by-field with the 'invisible' records that have been imported - maybe this will help you track it down.
